Our Client, from the aerospace manufacturing branch is looking for an experienced and qualified employee on the position HEAD OF COMPOSITES (HOC-14) Localization: Czech Republic Responsibilities: • Managing all operations necessary to deliver the Composite shop output • Planning resources and capacities • Organizing support and interacting with customers • Defining and leading the development strategy (goals, KPIs and improvement initiatives) of the composite business • Deploying Lean tools to reach Performance Excellence (OTD, Quality, Cost efficiency etc.) • Building and developing composites work team • Cooperation with other departments e.g. quality, commercial, engineering and finance • Reporting to the Head of Division Requirements: • Degree in an engineering filed or equivalent experience • Minimum of 5 years in high volume manufacturing sector • Experience in management / strong leadership skills • Must have experience within composite component development • Experience monitoring, tracking and continually improving total cost equation • Ability to apply lean manufacturing principles and efficiency methods • Critical thinking and creative problem solving skills • Ability to communicate well in English, Czech language will be an advantage • Aerospace background would be an advantage • Strong leadership skills, creativeness We offer: • Opportunities for professional growth and training in prospective field • Internal and external trainings, including various language courses • Contribution to pension insurance • 37.5 hours work week, holiday leave of 5 weeks If you meet the requirements and are interested in this position, please send us your CV in English at: HOC@linkconsulting.com.pl We reserve the right to reply to selected applications forms only.
